Do I need to install OralData on my computer?
No, OralData runs directly in your web browser, with nothing to install. For dentists who want it, we offer an optional integration installed on your computer, which lets you import your X-rays, photos and CBCT scans from your other software in one click.
Is my data secure?
All your data is hosted in France on HDS-certified servers (the French health-data hosting certification), and all our processes strictly comply with GDPR requirements.
Can I customize the emails I send and the reports?
Yes. You can edit the emails you send to patients and colleagues, and ask the AI to adapt the report text: choice of language, and automatic adjustment of tone depending on the recipient (colleague, patient, relative).
Can I explore my data with OralData?
Yes. OralData gives you access to all your patient data through advanced search tools, so you can analyze your patient base, track your activity and instantly find a clinical case.
Can my front desk staff use OralData?
Yes, at no extra subscription cost. Each member of your front desk staff has their own account and password. Our team of dentists and our dedicated dentist support team personally help them get started with the tool.
